Welcome to www.reishiskin.com (the “Site”), operated by Reishi Skin Ltd (“Reishi Skin”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales and based in London, United Kingdom.

By placing an order for products sold on this Site (“Products”), you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). If you are unhappy with any aspect of these T&Cs, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.

We may update these T&Cs from time to time. Please review this page regularly to see when these T&Cs were last updated. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply. If an update materially affects an order you have already placed, we will notify you in advance and offer you the option to cancel the order if you wish.

3. Eligibility 

To purchase Products from the Site you must:

● be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under English law;

● provide true, accurate and current personal information when placing an order;

● provide valid and authorised payment details.

Creating an account is not required to complete a purchase.

 

4. Products 

All Products are cosmetic and skincare items. Please note:

● Products may vary slightly from their photos; images are for illustrative purposes only.

● Colours may appear differently depending on your device’s display.

● All intellectual property including Product descriptions, images, logos and text belongs exclusively to Reishi Skin Ltd.


5. Pricing Policy

We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the Site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order where a material error is identified.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.

We accept the following payment methods:

6. Product Availability

All Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative.

 

7. Ordering Process 

The order process is as follows:

1. Add the desired Products to your shopping cart

2. Provide your delivery address

3. Select your delivery method

4. Enter billing and payment details

5. Read and accept these T&Cs

6. Review your order before final submission

7. Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase

You may correct any errors up until the moment you click “Place Order”.

 

8. Delivery 

We offer worldwide shipping using Evri as our courier.

Estimated delivery times (subject to courier availability):

United Kingdom: typically 2–5 working days

Europe: typically 5–10 working days

Rest of the world: typically 7–14 working days

These are general estimates based on typical Evri delivery timelines and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays, customs processing times, or parcels lost or damaged by the courier.

Risk of the Products passes to you once the courier confirms delivery.

 

9. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order 

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Your order is only accepted when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse orders—for example, if there is a payment issue, stock issue, or suspected misuse.

 

10. Inspection 

You must check the Products upon delivery and notify us promptly if there are issues. If you do not inform us within a reasonable time, the order will be deemed accepted.

 

11. Returns & Refunds 

Our Shipping and Returns Policy is provided on a separate page. However, the following conditions apply specifically to cosmetic Products:

● Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

● For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned

● Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the Product is faulty

● We do not take responsibility for parcels lost by the courier during return shipping

● Proof of postage is strongly recommended

These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

12. Payment 

You confirm that any payment method used belongs to you. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by their card issuer. Ownership of the Products transfers to you once payment has been received in full.

 

13. Liability 

We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our failure to comply with these T&Cs.

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for:

● death or personal injury caused by negligence

● defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987

● fraudulent misrepresentation

We supply Products only for domestic, personal use. We are not liable for business-related losses such as loss of profit or revenue.

 

14. Transfer of Rights 

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organisation. We will notify you if this happens. This will not affect your statutory rights.

You may not transfer your rights under these T&Cs without our written consent.
