This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through www.reishiskin.com, operated by Reishi Skin Ltd, London, United Kingdom (“Reishi Skin”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Shipping Locations 

We ship worldwide using Evri and their international partners.

 

1.2 Delivery Times (Estimated) 

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier delays. The following timelines are general estimates based on typical Evri delivery times:

United Kingdom: 2–5 working days

Europe: 5–10 working days

Rest of the World: 7–14 working days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

1.3 Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and order weight.

 

1.4 Customs, Duties & Import Fees 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes imposed by their local authorities.

 

1.5 Lost or Delayed Parcels 

Once a parcel is handed to the courier:

● Risk transfers to the customer

● We are not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed by the courier

● You must contact the courier directly for tracking or investigations

● We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes


1.6 Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for:

● parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

● parcels returned due to incomplete address information

If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once the customer pays for additional shipping.

 

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

Because we sell cosmetic and skincare products, strict hygiene rules apply.

We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

2.1 Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible for a return, ALL the following conditions must be met:

● The product is unused

● The product is unopened

● The product is in its original, sealed packaging

● The product is in resellable condition

● The return is requested within the allowed time frame

Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

 

2.2 Return Time Frame 

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The Products must then be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved.

 

2.3 Non-Returnable Items 

We cannot accept returns on:

● opened or used cosmetic products

● products with broken seals or tampered packaging

● items damaged after delivery

● items returned outside the allowed timeframe

● sale or promotional items (unless faulty)


2.4 How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at: hello@reishiskin.com

Include:

● Order number

● Product name(s)

● Reason for return

● Clear photos (if applicable)

We will reply with instructions if your return is approved.

 

2.5 Return Shipping 

Unless an item is faulty:

● The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

● Products must be returned using a trackable postal service

● Proof of postage must be kept

We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in return transit.

If a return parcel is lost by the courier, we cannot issue a refund.

 

2.6 Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect Product:

● Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

● Provide photos of the issue

● We may offer a replacement or refund

Faults caused by misuse (e.g., heat exposure, incorrect storage, or damage after delivery) are not eligible.

 

2.7 Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect the returned items:

● Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

● Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the return

● We may reduce the refund amount if Products are returned in a condition that prevents resale

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

If you paid using a voucher or discount code, the refunded value may be adjusted accordingly.

 

3. EXCHANGES 

We do not offer exchanges. To purchase a different item, please return your eligible Product (if permitted) and place a new order.

 

4. CANCELLING AN ORDER 

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us immediately at:

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.
